Matematika diajarkan bukan hanya untuk mengetahui dan memahami apa yang terkandung dalam matematika itu sendiri. Dalam mempelajari matematika selain dibutuhkan hafalan juga diperlukan pemahaman, ketelitian, dan latihan-latihan secara teratur. Pendahuluan Belajar matematika berbeda dengan belajar bidang studi lain yang bisa dipelajari dengan hanya menghafal. The conclusions are obtained based on the results of research are: (i) The ability to write mathematics students who are taught to think of learning models-talk-write better than students taught with conventional learning, (ii) The ability to write mathematics students who are taught to think of learning-talk models-write to achieve the minimal classical completeness, (iii) The ability to write mathematics influence mathematics learning achievement. The results showed that the average writing skills math class experiment is better than the control class, thoroughness classical experimental class greater than or equal to a minimum standard classical thoroughness, ability to write mathematical influence on mathematics learning achievement. Experimental class were learning think-talk-write, while the control classes were given conventional learning. This research sampled are XI IPA 1 as experiments class and XI IPA 4 as control class, sampling with random sampling technique. The population in this study is a class XI IPA student of SMAN Banyumas semester academic year 2011/2012 consisting of 4 classes. The purpose of this study are: (i) To determine whether the ability to write mathematics students who are taught to the think-talk-write models better than students taught with conventional learning, (ii) To determine whether the learning model of think-talk-write the student is able to deliver achieve completeness minmal classical in mathematical writing skills, (iii) To determine whether there is influence the ability to write mathematics on mathematics learning achievement.
